Easy Payment Plan Option

To make budgeting for your retreat easier, we offer a flexible payment plan.

Here’s how it works:

• A $300 deposit secures your spot.

• A 3% processing fee applies to payment plan options.

• The full retreat balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the start of the retreat.

When you register, simply select the “Deposit + PP” (Payment Plan) option.
Once your registration is received, we’ll reach out to arrange an individualized payment schedule that works best for you.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you need to cancel your participation, please inform us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to fill your spot; however, if we are unable to do so, the following terms will apply:

• Cancellations made 90 days or more before the retreat start date will receive a full refund, minus a $300 administrative fee.

• Cancellations made between 90 and 60 days before the retreat start date will receive a 65% refund.

• Cancellations made between 60 and 30 days before the retreat start date will receive a 45% refund.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations after June 10, 2026, or for no-shows.
